Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through Minibusing. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed by our team and are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

A booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Minibusing.

Minibusing reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion.


2. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid prior to the journey unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to pay the balance by the agreed time may result in the booking being cancelled.


3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation terms apply:

More than 48 hours before the journey
You may cancel your booking and receive a refund of your deposit minus a £50 administration fee.

Within 24–48 hours of the journey
Deposits are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments and driver allocation.

Within 24 hours of the journey
No refunds will be issued.

All cancellations must be confirmed to Minibusing in writing.


4. Amendments to Bookings

We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes to bookings.

However, changes such as:

  • passenger numbers

  • pickup times

  • pickup locations

  • destinations

may result in additional charges depending on the change requested.

Repeated or last-minute changes may not always be possible.


5. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must behave in a safe and respectful manner during the journey.

Minibusing reserves the right to refuse travel or terminate a journey if passengers:

  • behave in a dangerous or abusive manner

  • cause damage to the vehicle

  • pose a risk to the driver or other passengers

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Passengers may be liable for any cleaning or damage costs caused during the journey.


6. Delays and Traffic

While we aim to provide a punctual and reliable service, Minibusing cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • traffic conditions

  • road closures

  • accidents

  • severe weather

  • circumstances beyond our control

We will always do our best to minimise delays where possible.


7. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

Minibusing cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.

Passengers should ensure all belongings are collected before leaving the vehicle.


8. Vehicle Allocation

Minibusing reserves the right to substitute vehicles where necessary.

If operational reasons require it, we may provide a vehicle of similar capacity or specification to complete the booking.


9. Company Cancellations

In rare circumstances where Minibusing must cancel a booking due to operational issues or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund of any payments made.

Minibusing will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer as a result of such cancellations.


10. Liability

Minibusing will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, events, or connections caused by circumstances outside our control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the booking paid.


11. Safety and Legal Compliance

All vehicles are operated in accordance with UK transport regulations and safety standards.

Passengers must follow the driver’s instructions at all times to ensure a safe journey.


12. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Minibusing, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
